The Zard header for the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 is expertly crafted from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel. This header is compatible with the original stock exhaust or optimized when paired with the Zard slip-on exhaust system. Installation of the Zard header results in a notable power increase, providing an additional +3.8 HP when used with the standard exhaust and an impressive +5.9 HP when combined with the Zard slip-on. Beyond performance gains, the Zard header significantly reduces weight by 1.7 kg (3.7 lbs) compared to the factory catalyst, enhancing the motorcycle's agility and handling.
