Description
This Vertex Top End Piston Kit features a cast replica piston crafted to original equipment (OE) specifications. Manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content, the piston achieves an exceptional balance of lightweight design and robust strength. Each piston undergoes a T-5 heat treatment, hardening and tempering cycle to enhance its durability and resistance to wear. The piston skirt benefits from a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphide coating, which reduces friction during break-in and extends piston life. This top end piston kit is designed as a direct OEM replacement, ensuring seamless compatibility and reliable performance. The 53.96mm piston diameter ensures proper fitment and compression within the 54.00mm bore of your 125cc engine.
