Description
Vertex intake valves are crafted from military-spec certified TI3Al titanium alloy, ensuring they withstand the most extreme racing conditions. Each valve is forged from a single blank, improving grain flow and enhancing the mechanical characteristics without the need for welding. Special PVD, CVD, and CrN coatings are applied to create low-friction surfaces that minimize heat generation and resist carbon build-up. These advanced coatings enable titanium alloys to achieve ultra-smooth surfaces while reaching hardness levels five times greater than high-speed steel.
