These exhaust valves are constructed from military-spec certified TI3Al titanium alloy, ensuring exceptional strength and heat resistance. Specialized PVD, CVD, and CrN coatings create low-friction surfaces that minimize heat generation and prevent carbon buildup. These coatings also allow the titanium alloy to achieve an ultra-smooth finish and a hardness level five times greater than high-speed steel.
