Description
These Vertex exhaust valves are crafted from military-spec certified TI3Al titanium alloy, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. Forged from a single blank, the improved grain flow enhances the mechanical characteristics of the valve, eliminating the need for welding. Special PVD, CVD, and CrN coatings create low-friction surfaces, which reduce heat generation and resist carbon build-up. These advanced coatings enable titanium alloys to achieve ultra-smooth finishes with hardness levels five times greater than high-speed steel. This results in improved engine performance, increased valve lifespan, and reduced maintenance.
