The Vertex Cast Replica Piston Kit is engineered for durability and performance. Each piston is cast from a gravity-cast aluminum alloy containing 18% silicone, providing a lightweight yet robust construction. The piston undergoes a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle, enhancing its strength and wear resistance. A Molybdenum Disulphite coating on the piston skirt reduces friction, promoting faster break-in times and extending piston life. Designed as a direct OEM replacement, this kit simplifies installation and restores your engine to its original specifications. This kit is designed for 85cc 2-stroke engines with a 47.00 mm bore size.
