Description

The Vertex Top End Piston Kit features a cast piston crafted from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, offering an optimal balance of lightweight design and high strength. The piston undergoes a T-5 heat treatment, further enhancing its durability and resistance to wear. The piston skirt is coated with a Molybdenum Disulphite coating, which reduces friction, promotes faster break-in, and extends the piston's lifespan. This kit is designed for 85cc, two-stroke engines with a 47.00 mm bore size. The piston measures 46.94 mm in diameter (Standard Size A), and the included rings are made of nitride-coated steel for enhanced sealing and longevity. Each kit includes all necessary components for a complete top-end rebuild.
