Description
The Vertex Top End Piston Kit features a replica cast piston crafted to original OE specifications. Constructed from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with 18% silicone content, these pistons offer an ideal balance of lightweight design and robust strength. The piston undergoes a T-5 hardening and tempering cycle, enhancing its durability. A high-tech Molybdenum Disulphide coating is applied to the piston skirt, promoting faster break-in and extending the piston's lifespan. This kit is specifically designed for 200cc 2-stroke engines with a 64.00 mm bore. The piston diameter measures 63.97 mm and is a standard size D piston. The rings are made from nitride coated steel for added durability. The Vertex piston kit ensures that your engine operates at peak efficiency.
