Description
The Vertex Piston Kit is specifically designed as a cast OE replacement for 2-stroke engines, delivering dependable performance and durability. Crafted from a gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, this piston offers excellent wear resistance and thermal stability. The piston undergoes a T-5 heat treatment, enhancing its strength and extending its lifespan. To further improve performance, the piston skirt features a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite coating. This coating reduces friction, promoting faster break-in times and minimizing wear during critical initial operation. Suitable for 125cc 2-stroke engines with a 54.00 mm cylinder diameter.
