Crafted with precision, the High Output PCX™ exhaust system features Vance & Hines' innovative PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology, incorporating a chambered high-flow catalyst cartridge designed to significantly boost torque. The hand TIG welded headers of the Hi-Output RR step from 1.75" to 1.875" to 2.0" and feed into an oversized collector, similar to race systems. This collector is strategically rotated for enhanced ground clearance, allowing for steeper lean angles during turns. Constructed from lightweight, high-grade 304 stainless steel, this 2-into-1 system combines durability with performance. The mid-length 4" Hi-Output megaphone is adorned with a double-layered laser-cut riveted badge, mirroring the race system's aesthetic. Designed to fit with standard (non-stretched) saddlebags, this Vance & Hines exhaust system offers both performance and practicality.
