This Terry Components starter motor utilizes Nippondenso components assembled in the U.S.A., incorporating heavy-duty components and rigorous testing to guarantee optimal performance. The solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs are upgraded with stronger, more durable replacements. Precision-ground and hardened clutch shafts and rollers extend the starter's service life. All components benefit from special lubrication designed for starter roller clutch applications. Featuring CNC-machined billet mounting noses secured with aerospace fasteners, this starter provides exceptional durability and precise fitment. Every starter undergoes comprehensive dyno testing, including high-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform analysis. This 1.2 kW starter delivers superior starting power and reliability.
