Description
The Terry Components Starter Motor delivers exceptional performance thanks to its robust design and meticulous assembly. Built with pride in the USA, this starter utilizes Nippondenso components enhanced with superior materials. The solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs are replaced with stronger, more durable components, ensuring consistent and reliable engagement. The clutch shaft and rollers are precision-ground and hardened for extended service life. All components are meticulously assembled with a special lubricant designed for starter roller clutch applications. CNC-machined billet mounting noses, secured with aerospace fasteners, provide a secure and precise fit. Each starter undergoes rigorous dyno testing, including hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform analysis, guaranteeing peak performance and reliability. With a power rating of 1.4 kW, this 12V starter is ready for demanding applications.
