Description
The Terry Components Starter Motor provides enhanced performance and reliability. These Nippondenso starters are assembled in the U.S.A. using heavy-duty components. The solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs are upgraded with stronger alternatives, while the clutch shaft and rollers are replaced with precision-ground and hardened parts to maximize service life. A specialized lubricant is applied to all components for optimal roller clutch performance. CNC-machined billet mounting noses are securely fastened with aerospace-grade fasteners. Each starter undergoes comprehensive dyno testing, evaluating hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform. With a power rating of 1.5 kW and operating at 12V, this starter motor is designed for peak performance and durability.
