Description
The Terry Components Starter Motor is engineered for exceptional durability and performance. Nippondenso starters are assembled in the U.S.A. using heavy-duty components and rigorously tested with state-of-the-art equipment. Key upgrades include a solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs replaced with stronger, more resilient components. The clutch shaft and rollers are precision-ground and hardened for extended service life. All components are assembled with a specialized lubricant designed for starter roller clutch applications. The CNC-machined billet mounting noses are secured with aerospace-grade fasteners. Each starter undergoes comprehensive dyno testing post-assembly, evaluating hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform. With a 1.2 kW output, this starter is designed to provide robust and reliable performance.
