Description
The S&S Cycle Cylinder Stud and Head Bolt Kit is engineered to deliver unmatched strength and reliability for your M8 engine. The stud design features 4140 Chrome Moly, oil quenched and tempered to 39-44 HRC, with rounded thread roots to improve fatigue strength and positive stop shoulder for consistent installed height. These studs offer a tensile strength of 180,000 psi. The head bolts are made from heat-treated 8640 steel with a 200,000 psi ultimate tensile strength, a 14% increase in strength over stock bolts, and feature an integral washer and formed threads for a secure and precise fit. Cold formed heads give additional strength. Compatible with both MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) and graphite head gaskets.
