RK's 420 MXZ Drive Chain is constructed from high-grade medium carbon alloy steel, ensuring superior strength and resilience. All components are meticulously shot-peened and heat-treated to enhance durability and reduce wear. The chain features chromoly steel construction with seamless rollers and bushings, coupled with oversized alloy pins, significantly increasing its overall strength and extending its service life. Pre-stressed and pre-stretched during manufacturing, the 420 MXZ chain provides equal load distribution, minimizing maintenance requirements and ensuring consistent performance throughout its lifespan.
