The Renthal Twinwall® Handlebar features a unique construction, consisting of two aluminum alloy tubes for unparalleled strength and impact absorption. The outer tube is made from 7010-T73 aluminum, providing exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion, further enhanced by anodization. The inner tube utilizes ultra-high strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to withstand wear from twist grips and controls. Rubber seals prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering the handlebar, ensuring longevity. Laser markings aid in accurate positioning, and each handlebar includes an updated injection-molded foam bar pad for superior protection and durability.
