The Renthal Twinwall Handlebar utilizes a unique construction, featuring two aluminum alloy tubes. The outer tube is crafted from 7010-T73 aluminum, providing exceptional resistance to mechanical damage and corrosion thanks to its anodized finish. The inner tube uses ultra-high-strength 7010-T6 aluminum, hard anodized to withstand wear from the twist grip and controls. Rubber seals prevent water and cleaning fluids from entering the bar. Laser markings ensure accurate positioning, and each handlebar includes an injection-molded foam bar pad for enhanced protection and durability.
