Description

Specifically developed for ATVs, the Regina 520 Quad Series drive chain features patented Z44 sealing rings that significantly enhance performance and extend wear life, surpassing traditional X-ring and Z-ring chains. The advanced design reduces friction by 50% compared to standard O-rings, maximizing power delivery and minimizing wear. Constant lubrication, provided by specialized high-temperature grease in the pin/bushing area, guarantees long-lasting performance. High-carbon alloy pins minimize wear, while increased roller thickness further enhances durability. Thicker outer plates and quad-riveting provide exceptional tensile strength, ensuring the chain can withstand extreme loads. All components are shot-peened for maximum fatigue resistance, and chains are pre-loaded to ensure superior out-of-the-box performance and minimal initial adjustment. Suitable for ATVs up to 500cc (although tested to withstand the loads of 900cc machines).
