Description

Developed to withstand severe stresses, the Regina 520 Quad Series chain features patented Z44 sealing rings that significantly improve performance and extend wear life, surpassing traditional X-ring and Z-ring designs. The Z44 rings contribute to a remarkable 50% reduction in friction compared to standard O-rings. Constant lubrication, thanks to specialized high-temperature grease in the crucial pin/bushing area, ensures long-lasting performance. High-carbon alloy pins minimize wear, while increased roller thickness enhances durability. Thicker outer plates, fortified by quad-riveting, provide exceptional tensile strength. All components undergo shot-peening for maximum fatigue resistance, and each chain is pre-loaded to guarantee superior performance and minimize the need for adjustments. The Regina 520 Quad Series is suitable for ATVs up to 500cc.
