The Moto-Master Fusion Series sprocket features a specially hardened and nickel-coated steel outer ring that provides exceptional wear resistance, lasting up to three times longer than a standard aluminum sprocket. This robust outer ring is permanently interlocked with an aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum carrier using a specialized heat-shrink procedure, ensuring a secure and reliable bond.
