Precision machined from solid chromoly steel, the center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings are heat-treated to be up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this CV axle features induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease for optimal lubrication and longevity. High-strength spring steel retaining clips ensure secure assembly, and the axle is torture-tested to failure to guarantee maximum durability. With precision-rolled splines and threads, and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps, this fully assembled axle offers easy installation and a perfect fit.
