The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is engineered for maximum durability and performance. Constructed with a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, this axle is up to 35% stronger than stock. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, it features induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease to withstand the most rigorous conditions and terrain. High-strength spring steel retaining clips are included where required, ensuring secure assembly. Each axle undergoes torture testing to ensure maximum durability and reliability. With precision rolled splines and threads, and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps, this CV axle guarantees a secure and precise fit.
