Description
The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is precision-engineered and manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, ensuring the highest quality and reliability. Its solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings are precision machined and heat treated, making them up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease to withstand the most rigorous conditions and terrain. High-strength spring steel retaining clips, where required, provide added security. Each axle is torture-tested to failure to guarantee maximum durability. With precision rolled splines and threads, this fully assembled CV axle ensures a perfect fit, form, and function, making installation easy. Secure stainless steel dust boot clamps are included for lasting protection.
