Description
Built to withstand the most rigorous conditions, the Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings. These components are up to 35% stronger than stock, providing enhanced durability and resistance to failure. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease, reducing friction and wear for extended service life. High-strength spring steel retaining clips are utilized where required, adding an extra layer of security. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, each axle undergoes rigorous torture testing to ensure maximum durability and performance. The axle comes fully assembled with secure stainless steel dust boot clamps and precision-rolled splines and threads for easy installation.
