This Moose Offroad CV axle is engineered for maximum durability and performance. The center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings are precision machined and heat treated, constructed from solid chromoly steel, increasing strength by up to 35%. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle features induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease for smooth operation and longevity. High-strength spring steel retaining clips are utilized where required, and stainless steel dust boot clamps ensure a secure fit.
