The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is precision-engineered to exceed OEM standards. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle features a solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, all heat-treated for exceptional strength—up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease to withstand rigorous conditions and terrain. High-strength spring steel retaining clips, where required, and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps ensure a secure and reliable assembly. Each axle is fully assembled for easy installation, featuring precision-rolled splines and threads for a perfect fit.
