The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is meticulously crafted to exceed OEM standards in fit, form, and function. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified facility, this axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings. These components are up to 35% stronger than stock axles, providing enhanced resistance to breakage and wear. Induction heat-treated joints, packed with high-performance moly grease, ensure smooth operation and prolonged life, even under the most rigorous conditions. The axle is fully assembled for easy installation, featuring precision-rolled splines and threads and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps.
