Built to exceed OEM standards, the Moose Offroad CV axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, making it up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this constant velocity axle undergoes rigorous testing to ensure maximum durability and performance. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease, providing exceptional lubrication and longevity. High-strength spring steel retaining clips are included where required, and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps ensure a tight, protective seal. With precision-rolled splines and threads, this CV axle is fully assembled for easy installation, offering a seamless upgrade to your machine.
