Description
The Moose Offroad Muffler Core Sleeve offers a superior solution for maintaining your muffler's performance. Constructed with a two-layer wrap consisting of 304 stainless steel wire cloth and high-temperature stainless steel wool, this sleeve provides exceptional durability and heat resistance. By creating a barrier between the core and the packing fiber, the sleeve keeps engine performance and sound levels more consistent compared to packing fiber directly around the core. The sleeve is designed to fit cores from 1-3/4" to 2-1/8", and it can be easily trimmed with scissors for shorter mufflers. Stainless steel wire is included to securely fasten the wrap in place. Using this muffler core sleeve can increase the time between repacks by 3 to 5 times, saving you time and money. Made in the U.S.A.
