Description
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is constructed from high-tensile strength chromoly steel, ensuring exceptional resistance to impact and wear, minimizing deformation even under the most demanding conditions. The inner splines are precision broached to maximize spline-to-countershaft contact, effectively distributing driveline forces across the largest possible surface area. This robust design is then heat-treated and finished with a nickel coating, providing superior corrosion resistance and enhanced lubricity for smooth operation. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality checks using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee it precisely matches OEM design specifications. Available in 520 chain size with 15 teeth.
