Description
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is precision-machined from high-tensile strength chromoly steel, providing exceptional resistance to impact, wear, and deformation. The inner splines are broached to maximize contact with the countershaft, effectively distributing driveline forces across a larger surface area. This enhances overall strength and reduces the risk of spline wear or failure. The sprocket undergoes heat treatment for increased hardness and is finished with a nickel coating for superior corrosion resistance and enhanced lubricity. Each sprocket is rigorously quality-checked using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee it precisely matches OEM design specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable operation. Fits dirt bikes, ADV bikes and ATVs. When installing a larger-than-stock sprocket, ensure adequate clearance to prevent interference.
