Description
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is precision-machined from high tensile strength, impact, and wear-resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation and maximize durability. Inner splines are broached to provide maximum spline-to-countershaft contact, effectively distributing driveline forces over the largest possible surface area. The sprocket undergoes heat treatment and receives a nickel coating, providing superior corrosion resistance and enhanced lubricity. Each sprocket is quality checked using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to ensure it precisely matches OEM design specifications. The 520 chain size and 13-tooth configuration provides optimal performance for a variety of applications.
