Description
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is precision-machined from high-tensile strength chromoly steel, minimizing deformation under heavy loads and impacts. Inner splines are broached to maximize contact with the countershaft, effectively distributing driveline forces across a larger surface area. This ensures optimal power delivery and reduces wear. The sprocket undergoes a meticulous heat-treating process, followed by a corrosion-resistant nickel coating to enhance lubricity and protect against the elements. Each sprocket is rigorously quality-checked using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to guarantee precise adherence to OEM design specifications. Compatible with Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV applications using a 520 chain.
