Moose Offroad Fork Springs are manufactured using the highest-grade chrome silicone wire, ensuring exceptional durability and consistent performance. The springs are pre-set and ground to the correct length, then polished to minimize friction and ensure smooth operation throughout the suspension travel. Laser-etched rate markings allow for easy identification, and manufacturing adheres to DIN2095 grade 1 standards. The advanced manufacturing process includes cold-coiling, heat-treating, tempering, shot-peening, grinding of the ends, and polishing, ensuring a premium product that stands up to the rigors of off-road riding and provides enhanced on-road control.
