The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is meticulously crafted from precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel, increasing the strength of the center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings by up to 35%. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle features induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease for enhanced lubrication and longevity. Designed to withstand rigorous conditions, it incorporates high-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps to protect against contaminants. Each axle is fully assembled for easy installation, featuring precision-rolled splines and threads for a perfect fit.
