The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is precision-engineered to withstand rigorous conditions and demanding terrain. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this complete CV axle features a solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, heat treated for exceptional strength – up to 35% stronger than stock. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease to ensure smooth operation and longevity. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps provide added security and protection. Each axle is fully assembled for easy installation and features precision-rolled splines and threads for a perfect fit.
