The Moose Offroad CV Axle is manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, ensuring top-notch quality and consistency. Featuring a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, this axle boasts up to 35% greater strength than OEM axles. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease, providing exceptional lubrication and longevity. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps ensure a secure and reliable fit. Each axle is fully assembled for easy installation and features precision-rolled splines and threads for optimal performance.
