The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is meticulously crafted to provide unparalleled performance and longevity. Constructed from precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel, the center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings are up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, each axle undergoes rigorous testing to guarantee maximum durability. Induction heat-treated joints, packed with high-performance moly grease, ensure smooth articulation and reduced friction. Designed to withstand the most demanding terrains, this axle features high-strength spring steel retaining clips where required and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps to protect against contaminants. With precision-rolled splines and threads, and a fully assembled design, installation is quick and straightforward.
