Crafted with precision, the Moose Offroad CV axle features a solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings that are heat treated for up to 35% greater strength. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle guarantees exceptional quality and consistency. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease to withstand rigorous use and extreme terrains. High-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) ensure secure assembly. Each axle undergoes extensive torture testing to ensure maximum durability and longevity. With precision rolled splines and threads and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps, installation is simplified, and performance is enhanced.
