The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is meticulously crafted to exceed OEM standards, ensuring a precise fit, optimal form, and reliable function. Built from precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel, the center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings are up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, the induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease to withstand rigorous terrain and conditions. Featuring high-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps, this CV axle is fully assembled for easy installation. Precision rolled splines and threads contribute to its overall durability and performance.
