Description
Built to withstand rigorous use, the Moose Offroad CV Axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings. These components are up to 35% stronger than stock axles, providing increased durability and longevity. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle undergoes induction heat treatment on its joints, which are then packed with high-performance moly grease for optimal lubrication and smooth operation. The axle is fully assembled for easy installation, featuring precision-rolled splines and threads, along with secure stainless steel dust boot clamps to protect against contaminants. High-strength spring steel retaining clips are included where required, ensuring a secure fit. Each axle is torture-tested to failure, guaranteeing maximum durability and performance you can rely on.
