The Moose Offroad CV Axle is constructed with a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, making it up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Manufactured in a state-of-the-art ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle features induction heat-treated joints packed with high-performance moly grease for enhanced durability and smooth operation. Designed to exceed OEM quality in fit, form, and function, the CV axle includes high-strength spring steel retaining clips (where required) and secure stainless steel dust boot clamps. It arrives fully assembled for easy installation with precision rolled splines and threads.
