The Metzeler Roadtec 01 tire features a revised land/sea ratio on the rear tire, coupled with a new tread design to provide higher wear resistance and consistent performance. The radial positioning of grooves enhances grip on wet roads, especially on low-friction surfaces like city streets and worn tarmac, even in low temperatures. The tire's rebalanced stiffness allows for better rubber adherence to the tarmac, increasing mechanical grip on various surfaces. Compared to the Roadtec Z8 Interact, the Roadtec 01 provides up to 10% increased mileage thanks to its larger and shorter footprint shape, which also improves motorcycle handling.
