The Magnum Shielding Alternate Length Upper Brake Line enhances your motorcycle's braking system. Manufactured with enhanced construction and compatible with Harley-Davidson ABS requirements, this upper brake line ensures a great fit with optimal banjo angles. The AN-3 connections provide easy installation, while the highly polished fittings add a touch of style. The braid color and weave match all Magnum control cables and brake lines, maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. A crystal-clear PVC outer jacket protects against scuffing, paint damage, and discoloration. The inner PTFE tubing, braided with Aramid Fiber reinforcement, minimizes line expansion, providing high performance and consistent braking. Designed to follow the OE routing path, this brake line requires separate adapters for installation on specific models.

Important to know

This upper brake line must be used in conjunction with the Designer Series lower brake line kits (sold separately). Upper brake lines require the use of adapters (sold separately) for installation. Use part #1742-0658 for '18 - '21 models or #1742-0458 for '12 - '17 models. Adapters are required for '11+ Softail models. This brake line is specifically designed for motorcycles equipped with ABS (anti-lock brake system). Failure to use ABS-specific brake lines may compromise anti-lock braking ability. Magnum Shielding upper brake line kits manufactured specifically for these applications are identified with the letters "ABS" printed directly on the brake hose.
