The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar Kit is the only complete solution on the market that combines high-quality Magnum Viking 1-1/4" handlebars with matching braided cables and brake lines. The patented Viking handlebar internal design guarantees easy installation of complete wiring harnesses without compromising the clean, streamlined appearance. Its innovative design provides ample space, allowing the entire wiring harness, including the factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves, to pass through effortlessly without chafing. Magnum enhances wiring installations with pre-loaded E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving for simple wire routing. Constructed from top-grade materials, each 1-1/4" diameter handlebar is CNC mandrel bent for a precise fit, incorporating optimized wrist angles for superior riding comfort. The handlebar features a 1" diameter center section, 3-1/2" on-center knurling, machined control mounts, and burr-free internal wiring holes with electronic control slots.

Important to know

The kit includes Magnum Viking Handlebars, throttle and idle cables or Throttle-By-Wire extensions, clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, brake lines, copper crush washers, hardware, and any necessary switch or turn signal extensions. Cable and line lengths are based on 2" risers, except for touring models. Viking Bagger and Ape Hanger handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers; models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version.
