The Kibblewhite Tensilite® valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of premium 6AL4V titanium alloy (or 6-2-4-2 titanium alloy depending on the specific application). This construction provides exceptional strength and reduces weight compared to traditional steel valves, resulting in improved valve train dynamics and increased RPM potential. The valve is finished with a CrN PVD coating, which offers a low coefficient of friction and exceptional resistance to impact, abrasion, and corrosion. This coating ensures long-lasting performance even under the most demanding conditions.
