The Kibblewhite Tensilite® Titanium Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of premium 6AL4V titanium alloy or 6-2-4-2 titanium alloy. This robust construction ensures exceptional strength and reduced weight compared to traditional steel valves, leading to improved engine response and higher RPM potential. The valve's surface is treated with a CrN PVD coating, offering a low coefficient of friction, exceptional impact resistance, abrasion resistance, and superior corrosion protection.
