Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for exceptional wear resistance. A special nitriding process, with a 0.002" depth and 0.0002" surface buildup, further enhances wear properties and reduces friction. This process provides superior corrosion resistance compared to hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The lightweight design incorporates optimized profiles for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances, ensuring maximum oil control and heat dissipation.
