The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve utilizes a one-piece stainless-steel construction with a stellite tip, offering exceptional strength and heat resistance. A special nitriding process, featuring a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, dramatically improves wear properties and reduces friction. This advanced treatment provides superior corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating.
